摘要
基于中国民用航空局制定的《签派资源管理训练》的咨询通告(AC-121-FS-2009-32),确定了沟通能力、团队协作能力、情景意识、决策能力和工作负荷(客观)为签派资源管理的5个影响要素,并应用结构方程模型,构建签派资源管理与航空公司运行控制安全绩效的假设模型,选取我国航空公司飞行签派员作为研究对象,进行实证研究,结果表明,沟通能力、团队协作能力、情景意识、决策能力和工作负荷(客观)与过程安全绩效和结果安全绩效显著相关、过程安全绩效和结果安全绩效显著相关.因此完善飞行签派员沟通能力、团队协作能力、决策能力,增强飞行签派员情景意识,优化工作负荷,能有效提高航空公司运行控制安全绩效.
