尪痹消方熏蒸配合内热针治疗强直性脊柱炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis with Wangbixiao Formula Fumigation Combined with Internal Heat Needle

目的 :观察尪痹消方熏蒸配合内热针治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的临床疗效。方法 :把53例AS患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组28例,对照组25例。治疗组采用自拟尪痹消方熏蒸配合内热针治疗;对照组采用尪痹消方熏蒸治疗。两组均治疗3周。观察两组临床疗效,治疗前后主要症状(脊柱晨僵时间、疼痛程度)、主要体征(脊柱活动度、压痛点)、实验室炎性指标(ESR,CRP),并进行统计学分析。结果 :治疗组总有效率89.3%,对照组72.0%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组症状、体征、实验室指标均优于治疗前,治疗组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸配合内热针治疗AS作用确切,疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Wangbixiao Formula fumigation combined with internal heat needle in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods：Fifty-three patients with ankylosing spondylitis（AS） were divided into the treatment group of 28 cases,and the control group of 25 cases according to random number tables. The treatment group was given self-made traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）Wangbixiao formula fumigation combined with internal heat needle,the control group was given TCM fumigation treatment alone. Two groups were treated for three weeks. The clinical efficacy,before and after the treatment,the main symptoms（time of morning spine stiffness,pain degree） and signs（the movement of the spine,tender point）,inflammatory laboratory index（ESR,CRP） were observed and analyzed. Results：The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 89.3% and 72.0%,respectively,with significant dif ference between the two groups（P0.05）. After the treatment,on symptoms,signs and laboratory indexes both groups were improved and the differences between the two groups were of statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese herb fumigation combined with internal heat needle is effective in the treatment of AS.
