燕赵高氏调督通络针法治疗原发性头痛疗效观察

Study on the Clinical Efficacy of Yanzhao Gaoshi Tiaodu Tongluo Acupuncture on Primary Headaches

目的 :研究燕赵高氏调督通络针法对原发性头痛的治疗效果。方法 :将80例原发性头痛患者按就诊的先后顺序随机分为两组,每组40例。治疗组采用燕赵高氏调督通络针法进行治疗,对照组采用常规针法进行治疗。运用视觉模拟法(VAS)对治疗前后的头痛程度进行评估,并对治疗效果进行比较。结果:两组患者治疗后头痛程度VAS计分与治疗前相比均有明显下降(P<0.05)。治疗组在治疗后头痛程度VAS分值下降方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05),但两组治疗的总有效率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:两种治疗方法对原发性头痛均有明显的镇痛作用,且燕赵高氏调督通络针法的镇痛效果明显优于对照组,但两种疗法的总有效率无明显差异。

Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of Yanzhao Gaoshi Tiaodu Tongluo acupuncture on primary headache. Methods：Eighty patients with primary headache were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in each group. In the treatment group,patients were given Yanzhao Gaoshi Tiaodu Tong Luo acupuncture,while in the control group patients were given conventional acupuncture. Visual analogue scale（VAS）were applied to evaluate the degree of headache before and after of the treatment,and the treatment effect was compared. Results：In two groups after treatment VAS score significantly decreased compared with before treatment（P0.05）,and in the treatment group,VAS scores reduced more significantly than that in the control group（P0.05）. However,there was no significant difference between two groups on effective rate（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Two methods both have good effect on primary headaches,and Yanzhao Gaoshi Tiaodu Tongluo acupuncture have better,but there was no significant difference between two methods on clinical efficacy.
