尚德正骨手法治疗中青年神经根型颈椎病40例

Shangde Bone-Setting Manipulation Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy for Young and Middle-Aged

目的 :观察尚德正骨手法治疗中青年神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 :将80例中青年神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为尚德正骨手法组和枕-颌式卧位牵引组各40例,分别对两组治疗前后的临床疗效、VAS评分及颈椎病治疗成绩评分进行评估。结果:尚德正骨手法组和枕-颌式卧位牵引组总有效率分别为95%和75%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);尚德正骨手法组治疗后VAS评分、颈椎病治疗成绩评分明显优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);尚德正骨手法组的VAS评分、颈椎病治疗成绩评分明显优于枕-颌式卧位牵引组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尚德正骨手法治疗中青年神经根型颈椎病临床疗效显著,手法操作安全,为临床治疗方案提供新思路。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Shangde bone-setting manipulation treatment on young and middle-aged cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Method：Eighty cases of young and middle-aged patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were divided into Shangde bone-setting manipulation group and occipital-jaw supine traction group randomly. The clinical effect,the visual analog scale（VAS） score and assessment scale score before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Result：The total effective rate in the Shangde bone-setting manipulation and occipital-jaw supine traction group was 95% and 75%,respectively,and there were significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）. After the treatment,the VAS score and assessment scale score for cervical spondylosis in the Shangde bone-setting manipulation group were significantly better than those before treatment,with statistical significance（P0.05）. The VAS score and assessment scale score for cervical spondylosis in Shangde bone-setting manipulation group significantly were better than those in the occipital-jaw supine traction group,with significant statistical difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion ：Shangde bone-setting manipulation treatment for young and middle-aged cervical spondylotic radiculopathy was of significant clinical efficacy,and this manipulation is safe. It could provide new thoughts for clinical treatment.
