《四圣心源》论治历节对针灸治疗的启示

Treatment for Multiple Arthralgia in Four Saints' Heart Origin and Its Guidance for Acupuncture

黄元御是清初著名的中医学家,所著《四圣心源》为其毕生医学理论思想的总结。黄元御对疾病的认识多从中气升降的角度出发,对历节的见解更是颇具新意,认为历节与肝脾肾三脏关系密切,起因是土湿不运,脾气不升,肝肾俱陷,则木郁水寒,内生风寒湿,加以感风寒湿之邪,同气相感,内外互结,并循足三阴经侵犯膝踝,故病历节。中焦脾胃升降是维持五脏六腑气机升降正常的决定因素,该思想对针灸治疗历节时调其中气升降、驱其邪气外出颇有指导意义。

HUANG Yuanyu was a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in the early of the Qing dynasty. The book Four Saints＇ Heart Origin by him was the summarization of all his main theories. HUANG attached great importance to the ascending and descending of middle qi. He held that the multiple arthralgia was related closely to liver,spleen and kidney,and the cause was that the damp of the earth could not be transported and spleen qi failed to lift,leading to the sagging of liver and kidney,and finally wood depression and cold water would appear with internal wind,or the cause could be that external contraction of wind-cold-dampness,leading to the combination of internal and external evil qi,and finally the evil qi would attack knees and ankles along the three yin channels. The ascending and descending of stomach in the middle-jiao plays a key role in maintain the qi＇s ascending,descending,exiting and entering,and therefore this though could be used to guide the acupuncture treatment for multiple arthralgia.
