摘要
以西宁南川河综合治理为例,对河道治理中生态修复、防洪保安、水文化水景观建设等治理任务的有机结合进行探讨。通过分析南川河现状及其存在的问题,采取建设沉沙池消减含沙量、全线截污去除污染源、雷诺护垫进行生态护岸以及建设三级表流湿地等措施,削减水体中的污染物,改善河道水质,并结合河湟文化打造滨水文化长廊,提升城市品位。南川河整治项目实施后,一改原有河道两岸杂乱无章的面貌,提高了河道行洪能力,河道水质也得以改善。此外,该项目对于促进河滩湿地恢复、提高河道生物多样性、增强栖息地功能等方面效果显著。在满足河道生态流量的前提下,沉沙池沉沙率达到64.6%~72.3%,湿地建设能够减少氨氮含量0.13 mg/L、BOD_5含量0.60 mg/L。南川河综合整治工程遵循尊重自然、科学治理、发挥社会功能等原则,对今后生态河道的治理有一定的借鉴意义。
By taking the comprehensive improvement of Nanchuanhe River in Xining as the study case, the organic integration of the improving tasks, such as eco-restoration, flood control and security, constructions of water cuhure and water landscape, etc. , during the river improvement is discussed herein. Through the analysis on the status and the existing problems of Nanchuanhe River, the measures of building up sedimentation pond for reducing silt content, intercepting pollution along the whole river for removing pollution sources, constructing eco-slope protection with Renault pads, constructing three-step surface flow wetland, etc. are adopted for reducing pollutants in water, improving river water quality, making waterfront cultural gallery in combina- tion with Hehuang Culture and then enhancing the city level. After the implementation of Nanchuanhe River Improvement Pro- ject, the cluttered and disordered appearance of both the river banks is thoroughly changed, thus not only the flood carrying capacity of the river is enhanced, but the water quality of the river is also improved. Moreover, the effect of the project in the aspects of promoting the restoration of riverine wetland, increasing bio-diversity of the river, enhancing the habitat functions, etc. is significant. Under the premise of meeting the demand of eco-flow, the sedimentation rate of the sedimentation pond rea- ches to 64. 6% - 72. 3%, while the wetland construction can decrease ammonia-nitrogen content by 0. 13 mg/L and BOD con- tent by 0. 60 mg/L. The principle of respecting nature, scientific improvement, playing social functions, etc. is all along fol- lowed by Nanchuanhe River Improvement Project, which has a certain reference value for the improvement of eco-river in the days to come.
