本交笼养种鸡日产蛋分布及蛋重变化规律研究 被引量:4

Oviposition Pattern and Egg Weight of Layer Breeders in Mating Cage at Specific Period of Day

摘要 为揭示本交笼养种鸡日产蛋分布及蛋重变化规律,对400只本交笼养海兰褐父母代鸡进行连续7 d观测试验。结果显示:试验鸡群产蛋率维持在90%~100%;每日不同时间段种鸡产蛋比例存在差异(P<0.05),其中产蛋比例从4∶30~8∶00逐渐递增,并在8∶00达到峰值,之后呈逐渐下降趋势,且上午累积产蛋量显著高于下午(P<0.05)。拟合后发现,产蛋比例曲线呈偏态分布,并且更加符合多项式拟合函数,y P=97.40713-203.7699x+157.59383x^2-58.25682x^3+12.22482x^4-1.57116x^5+0.12624x^6-0.00619x^7+0.000169x^8-0.000002x^9,R=0.9751,x∈(1,17)。除个别时段蛋重较低外,其他时段蛋重变化差异不明显(P>0.05)。 This study was aimed to investigate the daily oviposition pattern and egg weight of Hy-line brown parent stock breeders (n=400)in 4-tier mating cages at certain specific time of day during peak production period. Egg number and egg weight were measured for 7 consecutive days and the entire experiment was lasted for 7 consecutive days. Egg laying rate of the flocks was generally maintained at 90% to 100%. Remarkable differences were found in the ratio of egg production rate among different periods of day (P〈0.05), the ratio of egg production rate was increased gradually from 4:30 to 8:00 and reached its peak at 8: 00, and decreasing subsequently. Moreover, egg production was significantlyhigher in the morning than in the afternoon (P〈0.05). The fitting results displayed that, compared with the Gauss and Lorentz functions, the distribution curve of the ratio of egg production rate was skewed and appeared to be more in line with polynomial function, yP=97.40713-203.7699x+ 157.59383x-58.25682x+ 12.22482x4- 1.57116xS+0.12624xr-0.00619x +0.000169xa-0.000002xg,R=0.9751, xE(1, 17). No differences were found during most of periods of day, except that egg weight was lower at the individual period (P〉0.05).
