摘要
鸡繁殖性状是由多基因控制的数量性状,繁殖力水平的高低受到环境和遗传多种因素的影响。文章对目前发现的调控繁殖性状的HPG轴相关基因,与繁殖关联的主效基因、生长发育基因,以及其他调控卵泡、卵巢发育和成熟的相关基因进行概述,总结目前家鸡繁殖性状候选基因研究遇到的困难,并对未来鸡繁殖性状的分子遗传机制研究方向进行展望。
The chicken reproductive traits are quantity traits controlled by polygene. The level of fertility was affectedby environmental and genetic factors. This article had an overview about the research progress on candidate genes related tochicken reproductive trait as some HPG-related genes, major genes, growth and development genes related to reproduction,and other genes that regulate follicular, ovarian development and maturation. Also, we summarized the challenges thatcurrent research faced while finding candidate genes related to chicken reproductive traits. Finally, the research trend ofthe genetic mechanism of chicken reproductive traits was predicted .
