摘要
铸轧法生产PS版铝板基表面存在黑色或黑色与白色区域沿纵向约各占一半的条状缺陷(简称黑条),采用SEM对黑条样品进行表面形貌和能谱成分检测,分析其产生的原因。结果表明,黑条形成的原因与铸轧板中钛夹渣沉积或成分聚集以及组织中存在粗大晶粒有关。根据黑条产生原因采取相应预防措施,使黑条得到有效控制。
Black stripes or longitudinally half-white-half-black stripes exist on the surface of PS aluminum plate produced with the roll-casting method.Surface morphology and EDS analysis are carried out on the defects with SEM.The cause investigation shows that black stripes are related to titanium slag deposition or aggregation,and coarse grain in the roll-casting microstructure.Then the corresponding preventive measures are taken to effectively control the black stripes.
