乌鲁木齐地区部分居民商业医疗保险参保状况抽样调查

A Survey on the Status of Commercial Medical Insurance Coverage of Some Residents in Urumqi

目的了解新疆乌鲁木齐市居民商业医疗保险的参保情况,并对参保率的影响因素进行分析。方法于2016年1月-8月,采取随机抽样方法,在乌鲁木齐市的天山区、沙依巴克区、新市区和水磨沟区进行了问卷调查,共计调查人数1381人。结果调查了乌鲁木齐市居民的基本情况,参加商业医疗保险的构成比为16.94%。影响参保率的有性别、年龄、族别、文化程度和收入等因素。结论乌鲁木齐市居民商业医疗保险的参保率还有很大的提升空间,为提高各族人民的健康保障,促进社会医疗保险与商业医疗保险有机结合,共同构筑完整的医疗保障体系提出建议和措施。

Objective To understand the residents＇ participated situations of Xinjiang Urumqi commercial health insurance, to analyze the influence factors of commercial insurance rates. Methods From January to August in 2016, adopting the method of random sampling, had carried on the questionnaire survey in the Tianshan area, Shayibake area, Xinshi area and Shuimogou area at Urumqi. The total number of survey was 1381 peoples. Results Investigated the basic situation of residents in Urumqi. The constituent ratio of participating in the commercial health insurance was 16.94%. The influence factors of commercial insurance rates were gender, age,nationality, the level of education and income. Conclusion There is much room to improve the rate of Urumqi commercial insurance, in order to improve the health of people of all ethnic groups, to promote the organic combination of social medical insurance and commercial medical insurance, to build a complete medical security system put forward suggestions and measures.
