摘要 目的对乌鲁木齐三甲医院的维吾尔族2型糖尿病患者进行膳食调查,了解糖尿病患者的营养素摄入情况。方法选取乌鲁木齐市四家三级甲等医院的800名维吾尔族糖尿病患者进行膳食调查,采用24 h膳食回顾法,记录平时2 d与周末1 d的膳食种类及数量。评价目前维吾尔族糖尿病患者的膳食结构与膳食营养素摄入量情况。结果被调查的患者膳食中谷类、禽肉类、豆类、油脂类、盐摄入量超标,三大营养素分配比例不合理,膳食中的脂肪供能比明显高于每日需求量,而蛋白质、碳水化合物供给量未达到要求。结论维吾尔族特有的饮食结构导致维吾尔族2型糖尿病患者总能量摄入过多,而营养素摄入量不足,营养不均衡。因此,对患者倡导合理营养,平衡膳食,加强利用维吾尔语言和文字进行健康教育,以提高其科学膳食的知识水平,从而预防和控制糖尿病的发生、发展。 Objective To understand the dietary nutrition status of diabetic patients, The dietary nutrition status of type 2 diabetes Uygur patients in three grade hospital of Urumqi are investigated. Methods Selected 800 Uygurs diabetes from four first-class hospital in Urumqi to do diet investigation,using the 24 h diet retrospective, recorded the type and quantity of meals in 2d and 1d over the weekend. To evaluate the dietary structure and dietary nutrient intake of diabetic patients. Results In the diet of the patients being investigated grains,poultry, beans, grease, and salt were above the standard. The allocation of three nutrients was not reasonable. The fat supply in the diet was higher than the daily requirement, the protein and carbohydrate supply did not meet the requirements. Conclusion Uygur special diet structure has led to the total energy intake too high of Uygur diabetics, nutritional imbalance. Therefore, promote rational nutrition for patients, balance diet, strengthen health education by using Uighur language and text to improve the knowledge of the scientific diet to prevent and control the occurrence and development of diabetes.
