无创呼吸机治疗尘肺合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床疗效分析

Clinical Curative Effect Analysis of Noninvasive Ventilator Treatment of Pneumoconiosis combined type Ⅱ Respiratory Failure

目的探讨在尘肺合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者中接受无创呼吸机治疗的效果。方法选取84例尘肺合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭病例,分为对照组(n=42,基础治疗)和无创组(n=42,基础治疗+无创呼吸机治疗)。评估临床疗效和治疗后相关指标,并利用软件检验数据差异。结果临床疗效分布及总有效率组间比较均有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗后无创组呼吸频率(RR)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SaO_2)及动脉血氧分压(PaO2)数据与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论对尘肺合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者实施无创呼吸机治疗效果良好且对相关指标的改善作用强烈。

Objective To discuss Type in pneumoconiosis combined Ⅱ respiratory failure in patients with the effect of noninvasive ventilator therapy. Methods 84 cases of pneumoconiosis combined type Ⅱ respiratory failure cases were selected, were divided into the control group（n = 42, foundation treatment） and the non-invasive group（n = 42, foundation treatment ＋ noninvasive ventilator）. The clinical efficacy and post-treatment indicators were evaluated and using software to test data differences. Results Clinical efficacy of distribution and comparison between total effective group were significant differences（P〈0.05）, after treatment with the non-invasive group breathing rate（RR）, heart rate（HR）, blood oxygen saturation（SaO2） and arterial blood oxygen partial pressure（PaO2） data and the control group there were significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Merger of pneumoconiosis Ⅱ type patients with respiratory failure by noninvasive ventilator treatment effect is good and it can improve related indicators.
