摘要 随着国际社会日益重视全球变暖问题和CO_2排放问题,需尽快将汽车节能问题置于更加重要的位置,切实转入减排与节能并重的阶段。为了克服传统进气道喷射汽油机油耗高的问题,缸内直接喷射(GDI)和小排量是目前汽油机节能的主要途径,结合废气再循环、可变气门正时等先进的燃烧技术,能有效扩展汽油机高效运行的工况范围,显著降低油耗。随着GDI汽油机的进一步推广,必须解决爆震、高浓度EGR氛围循环波动大以及微粒排放3个关键问题。 With the increasing concern of global warming and the reduction of CO_2 issues, it would be an urgent need to simultaneously value the problems of energy-saving and engine-out emissions of automobiles. Due to the high fuel consumption of PFI engines, gasoline direct injection(GDI) and downsizing have become the key methods to overcome this drawback. Combined with other advancements, such as EGR and Variable Valve Timing, GDI would be able to extend the high efficiency region and achieve better fuel economy. Further promotion of GDI engine should solve three critical problems, including knock suppression, combustion stability in high EGR atmosphere, and particulate emission.
