摘要
阐述了在不改变车辆总体结构与布置,保持整体骨架刚强度水平相当的条件下,通过材料替换与厚度增加实现整车骨架的以铝代钢的设计思路;应用CAE分析技术对替换前后整车骨架结构的模态及强度进行对比分析,验证了替换后结构满足总体刚强度要求。
It introduces the design idea of substituting aluminum for steel by replacing material and increasing thickness without changing the overall structure and layout of the vehicle and keeping the strength of the whole skeleton, uses CAE analysis technology to compare and analyze the modal and strength of the frame structure before and after replacement, and verify that the replacement structure meets the overall stiffness strength requirements.
