摘要
我国正在全面推进国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化和科学化。食品安全治理理念正在发生深刻的变化,社会共治理念将始终贯穿在与食品相关的各社会主体工作思路中。只有不断加强政府职能转变,强化企业自律,充分调动社会力量的参与和监督,构建起有效的制度保障机制,才能最终实现食品安全社会共治的良好局面。
China is promoting the modern state governance system and governance capability comprehensively. The governance of food safety is changing profoundly. The idea of cooperative governance will embedded in all social participants related with food safety. Only by enhancing the functional transformation of the governments,strengthening self-discipline of enterprises, mobilizing the participation and supervision of the society and establishing effective institutional safeguards,the cooperative governance could be achieved.
