摘要
目的建立滁菊HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法采用C_(18)(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)岛津色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-质量分数0.1%甲酸水梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长336 nm,记录滁菊的HPLC图谱并生成共有模式图,进行相似度对比,并与其他4个品种的菊花进行比较。结果滁菊各批样品HPLC图谱与共有模式相似度均在0.920以上,其余4种菊花相似度介于0.846~0.887之间。结论滁菊HPLC指纹图谱与其余4种菊花存在一定差异,HPLC指纹图谱可用于区分滁菊与其他菊花,且本法快捷、准确、重复性好,可为滁菊的质量控制标准提供依据。
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint analysis method for "Chuju" Chrysanthemum morifolium. Methods The chromatographic column was ( 5 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm) and mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 336 nm. The sample was analyzed by HPLC gradient elution. HPLC finger-prints of"Chuju"Chrysanthemum morifolium were recorded and the common model"R"was established, finally, compared with other 4 samples. Results The similarity between "Chuju" Chrysanthemum morifolium and"R" were more than 0. 920. Other 4 samples were among 0. 846-0. 887. Conclusion There are some differences on HPLC fingerprint between the "Chuju" Chrysanthemum morifolium and other 4 Flos Chrysanthemi, which suggested that we could distinguish "Chuju" Chrysanthemum morifolium from other Flos Chrysanthemi through this method. And this method is fast, accurate and reproducible, which could be an evidence for quality control standard of "Chuju" Chrysanthemum morifolium.
