摘要
针对云南某高铝、高硅铝土矿矿石特性,采用新型捕收剂ZJ-1(油酸部分皂化-复配-乳化)进行浮选试验研究。通过两段磨矿正浮选脱硅工艺流程,小型闭路试验获得了良好的选矿指标,可以获得产率为66.38%,Al_2O_3品位67.81%,SiO_2品位8.12%,Al_2O_3回收率77.19%,A/S为8.35的铝土矿精矿。与现场使用的传统油酸比较,回收率提高了约4个百分点,品位提高了约2个百分点。
According to the bauxite ore characteristics of high aluminum and high silicon from Yunnan Province, the flotation tests were conducted using a novel collector of ZJ - 1 ( partly saponification of oleic acid - compound - emulsion). A good flotation result was obtained by using the flow sheet of two stage grinding and direct flotation for desilication. The results show that a flotation concentrate with the yield of 66. 38% , Al2O3 grade of 67.81% , SiO2 grade of 8. 12% , Al2O3 recovery of 77. 19% and A/S of 8.35 could be obtained. Compared with the traditional collector of oleie acid, the recovery and the grade of the concentrate were increased by approximately 4% and 2%, respectively.
