基于铝电解槽电热场模拟分析的工艺参数再优化 被引量:2

摘要 本文根据现运行电解槽设计及主要工艺技术参数,借助成本投入低、计算快的三维有限元FELAC 2.0分析软件为手段,对200k A电解槽电热场进行模拟与分析。并依据分析结果,通过制定铝水平管理标准、精准控制物料投入、调整静压及烟气流量平衡等方案,不断优化当前铝电解槽生产工艺参数,进一步提高电解槽经济技术指标,为企业带来了较好经济效益。 According to the design of the aluminum reduction cell and the main technical parameters of running, the thermal - electric field in the 200kA cell by the means of the throe - dimensional finite element FELAC 2.0 analysis software with low cost and fast calculation is simulated and analyzed. According to the analyzing results, by means of setting aluminum level management standards, accurate control of material input, adjusting static pressure and flow balance, the aluminum reduction production process parameters are optimized, the technical economic index of aluminum reduction cells are further improved and better economic benefits for enterprises are brought.
