摘要
通过水热法合成纯的Cu_2O颗粒,通过氧化还原法合成Cu_2O-CuO复合颗粒和纯的CuO颗粒。采用场发射扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射谱对产物的结构、组成进行了研究。结果表明,Cu_2O-CuO复合颗粒为立方体多刺结构。表面光电压实验表明,所得的Cu_2O-CuO复合颗粒具有特殊的瞬态光电压,能敏锐察觉到光源的变化。光催化实验表明,Cu_2O-CuO复合颗粒具有不弱于纯Cu_2O颗粒的光催化活性。
Pure Cu2O particles were synthesized by hydrothermal method,and Cu2O-CuO composite particles and pure CuO particles were synthesized by oxidation reduction method.The structure and composition of the products were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM)and X ray diffraction(XRD),and the results indicate Cu2O-CuO composite particles present a cubic spiny structure.The experimental result of surface photovoltage shows Cu2O-CuO composite particles have a special transient photovoltage and can detect the light source change keenly.The photocatalytic experiment shows that Cu2O-CuO composite particles have a good photocatalytic activity.
