中草药去势公鸡效果研究

Study on the Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine on Castration Cock

为了探讨五味子、白胡椒2种中草药对公鸡去势的效果,试验选用40日龄的黄羽肉鸡45只,随机分为3组,2个试验组和1个对照组,每组15只,观察公鸡睾丸发育、增重和屠宰性能情况。结果表明:在睾丸发育方面,试验组的睾丸重量和睾丸指数与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05);在日增重方面,55~70日龄,试验Ⅰ组与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05),70~85日龄,试验组与对照组比较差异均显著(P<0.05);增重方面,40日龄时差异不显著(P≥0.05),55、70日龄时,试验Ⅰ组与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05),85日龄时,试验Ⅰ组与对照组比较差异极显著(P<0.01),试验Ⅱ组差异显著P<0.05);屠宰性能方面,试验组与对照组比较,屠宰率、全净膛率均差异显著(P<0.05),半净膛率差异不显著(P≥0.05)。

For in order to investigate Schisandra,white pepper and two kinds of Chinese herbal medicine on cock castration effect,in this study selected 45 of the 40-day-old yellow-feathered chicken,randomly divided into three groups,two experimental group and a control group,each group of15 only,observe the rooster testes development,weight gain and slaughter performance situation. In terms of testicular development,the experimental group testis weight and testis index and the control group were significantly different( P < 0. 05); in terms of daily gain,5570 days,the experimental group Ⅰ and control group were significantly different( P < 0. 05),7085 days,experimental group and control group differences were significant( P < 0.05); weight gain,sexual differences in vain( P≥0. 05) 40 days,55 days and 70 days old when the experimental group and the control group Ⅰ was significant difference( P < 0. 05); when 85 days in the experimental group and the control group Ⅰ the difference was significant( P < 0. 01); reproductive performance,the experimental group testis weight and testis index and the control group were significantly different( P < 0. 05); in slaughter performance,the experimental group compared with control group,slaughter rate,eviscerated rate showed significant difference( P < 0. 05),eviscerated rate showed no significant difference( P≥0. 05).
