天然植物对鸡蛋品质改善的功能饲料研究 被引量:6

摘要 为开发蛋鸡保健和鸡蛋品质改善功能性饲料,以青蒿、茶叶、金荞麦茎叶、杜仲叶4种天然植物混合作为为保健及改善剂,与常规饲料原料组合成为功能性饲料,并进行了对比饲养试验。选用160日龄同批金凤蛋鸡1 800羽,分为对照组、试验组进行为期300天的初试试验,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂99.5%基础日粮+0.5%天然植物鸡蛋品质改善剂日粮;选用160日龄京粉2号蛋鸡2 000羽,分为对照组、试验组进行为期330天中试试验,对照组饲喂市售蛋鸡饲料,试验组饲喂功能性保健饲料。初试结果:试验组蛋鸡产蛋量比对照组高6.85%(P<0.05),蛋黄色泽高10.26%(P<0.01),哈氏单位高13.36%(P<0.01),血斑和肉斑降低1.9个百分点(P<0.01),蛋黄比例提高6.5个百分点(P<0.01),料蛋比及其它蛋品指标均有改善(P>0.05)。中试结果:喂给天然植物鸡蛋品质改善功能饲料的蛋鸡产蛋量比饲喂市售蛋鸡饲料高7.97%(P<0.05),产蛋率提高6.7个百分点(P<0.05),产蛋期死亡率降低1.9个百分点(P<0.05),蛋壳强度高5.21%(P<0.05),蛋黄色泽高13.33%(P<0.01),哈氏单位高14.86%(P<0.01),血斑和肉斑降低1.7个百分点(P<0.01),蛋黄比例提高7.3个百分点(P<0.01),料蛋比及其它蛋品指标均有改善,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,研究生产的天然植物鸡蛋改善功能饲料具有提高产蛋量、改善鸡蛋品质、减少产蛋期蛋鸡死亡率的作用。 This research was carried out to exploit some special feed for improving egg quality and animals' health. Four natural fresh plants,Artemisia annua L.,Tea,Fagopyrum cymosum( Trev.) Meisn.,Eucommia ulmoides Oliv,were oil-roasted to premix as green additive in feed with other raw materials made into formula feedstuff for laying hens. 1 800 Jinfeng experiment laying hens at the age of 160 days were chosen to randomly divided into the control group and test group in continuous 300 days. Each group,with 900 hens. Another test with 2 000 Jingfen No. 2 laying hens,was carried out,just like the above one,control group feed on materials sold on the market and test group raised by natural-functional complete formula products. In the pilot test of comparative trials,the results showed that: the test group had a 6. 85% higher improvement in eggproduction than the control group( P < 0. 05). Compared with the control group,test group extremely and significantly enhanced in the yolk color,haugh unit,blood cake and meat spot,percentage of yolk,respectively as 10. 26% higher( P < 0. 01) and 13. 36%( P < 0. 01),1. 9% lower( P < 0. 01),and 6. 5% higher( P < 0. 01). But it was not significant in feed conversion ratio and other egg quality indexes( P > 0. 05). Preliminary test results revealed that egg production was 7. 97% higher significantly raised in the test group than in the control group( P < 0. 05),egg production ratio observably 6. 7% higher( P < 0. 05),mortality rate markedly 1. 9%lower( P < 0. 05),eggshell strength prominently 5. 21% higher( P < 0. 05),yolk color extremely and significantly 13. 33% higher( P < 0. 01),haugh unit 14. 86% higher( P < 0. 01),blood cake and meat spot 1. 7% lower( P < 0. 01),percentage of yolk 7. 3% higher( P < 0. 01),For all the feed conversion ratio and other egg quality indexes were non-significant( P > 0. 05). Therefore,it is believed that the natural-functional plant formula feed production for laying hens by this study can boost the eggproduction,egg quality and reduce the mortality of laying hens in the whole egg producing period.
