高校共青团培育社会主义核心价值观协同路径探析

Explorations on Collaborative Approaches for the Chinese Communist Youth League in Colleges to Cultivate Socialist Core Values

作为高校德育工作的重要内容和传导载体,社会主义核心价值观教育关系着青年学生立德修身的目标体认,影响着校园文化建设的最终方向。在培育社会主义核心价值观的过程中,高校共青团需积极厘清主体关系,坚持以内容为主,依托课堂载体,把握目标要素,进而协同课堂教学进行价值分导,协同网络宣传进行价值引导,协同校园文化进行价值传导。在帮助青年学生扣好人生价值每一粒"扣子"的过程中,实现立德树人与和谐校园的双重价值目标。

As the important content and carrier of moral education in colleges, the education on Socialist Core Values not only determines young students＇ identity on targets in self-cultivation, but also affects the ultimate direction for the construction of campus culture. During the course of cultivating Socialist Core Values, the Chinese Communist Youth League in colleges should actively make clear the relations between subjects, focus on content, take classes as carriers, and grasp target elements, so as to realize the following aims, including various guidance on values through collaborative classroom teaching activities, general value guidance through collaborative online propaganda, and value transition through collaborative campus culture. Through these approaches, we will realize double-value targets including both moral cultivation and harmonious campus culture when helping young students understand every aspect of value in their lives.
