摘要
通过对2017年陕西省团校乡镇团委书记三期培训班学员进行教育培训满意度测评得出,团干部培训学员对团干部教育培训总体满意度较高,但不同任职年限、专兼职身份、工作区域等背景的团干部在培训满意度相关因素上存在一定的差异性。团干部教育培训机构应增强培训工作的针对性,加大培训课程开发力度,优化培训内容设置,丰富培训课程形式,强化培训机制创新,从而不断提高培训的实效性和满意度。
By assessing the satisfaction toward the education and training among the members of the third training class, conducted by Shannxi Provincial School in 2017, for the secretaries of the Chinese Communist Youth League(the C.C.Y.L.) at town level, we find that the members are generally satisfied. However, due to the following backgrounds, including various working periods, full-time and part-time identities, and working areas, there are differences among the cadres of the C.C.Y.L. in certain elements of satisfaction. Therefore, when training the cadres of the C.C.Y.L., training organizations should improve their work in the following aspects including strengthening the aim,developing courses, optimizing contents, enriching class models, and innovating training system, so as to make the training more effective and satisfying.
