On the Four Key Points of Promoting Overall Reform Led by Xi Jinping

在党的十八届三中全上,以习近平同志为核心的党中央对全面深化改革作出了新的部署,随后全面深化改革思想得到了不断的发展与完善,并形成了较为系统的思想体系。习近平总书记在推进全面深化改革进程中展现出高超的领导艺术和科学的领导方法,主要包括四个着力点:(1)以人民利益为根本,扎实推进改革;(2)以法治为前提,有序推进改革;(3)以问题为导向,协同推进改革;(4)以创新发展为动力,重点推进改革。

At the 3 rd Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party（the C.C.P.）, the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party led by Xi Jinping made new arrangements on promoting overall reform. As the consequence, the thoughts on promoting overall reform was continuously developed and perfected, and developed into a complete thought system. Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the C.C.P., shows outstanding art and scientific methods in leadership in promoting overall reform in the four following key points. First, taking people＇s interest as basis and promoting reform solidly. Second, taking ruling with law as premise and promoting reform with order. Third, taking problems as targets and promoting reform collaboratively. Fourth, taking innovation as motivation and strengthening reform.
