文化建设法治化的当代价值探究

在日益激烈的国际竞争环境下,文化已成为衡量一个国家综合国力的重要标准。当前,我国的文化领域存在着文化失范、违法犯罪、文化灰色地带等许多问题,因此有必要在文化领域的发展过程中运用法治手段来解决这些问题。法治作为国家治国理政的基本方式,适用于我国经济、政治、文化、社会、生态等各个领域,是推动国家繁荣昌盛的重要保障。文化领域的法治治理手段(即文化建设法治化),具有重要的现实意义。文化建设法治化是推进文化治理体系和治理能力现代化的必由之路,是反映人民群众文化诉求的具体表现,是捍卫国家文化安全的有力保障。

With increasingly fierce international competition, culture has become a significant standard to measure a nation＇s comprehensive force. Nowadays, there are many problems in cultural field in our country, including, lack of regulation, criminal offenses against law,unhealthy cultural elements, and so on. Therefore, it is necessary for us to conduct ruling with law in cultural development. As a basic mode for ruling a country, ruling with law is suitable to our country in every aspect such as economy, politics, culture, society, zoology, and so on,working as an important guarantee to promote our country to prosper. The approaches of ruling with law in cultural fields, i.e. legalized culture construction, is of significance in practice. Legalized culture construction is the necessity for us to modernize ruling system and ruling competence in cultural fields, the reflection of people＇s cultural pursuit,and the forceful guarantee to protect national security in culture as well.
