摘要
儒家所主张的人本哲学思想是一种从整体角度对组织与个人关系进行综合分析的管理哲学。儒家以人为本的管理哲学的主要思想包括:(1)组织的基础是人;(2)管理的重点是人格控制;(3)以人为"治"之本。儒家人本哲学思想对构建当代高校人才激励机制具有重要参考与借鉴意义,主要包括:(1)坚持"以人为本"的管理理念;(2)物质激励与精神激励相结合;(3)合理运用目标激励与成就激励。
Confucian humanistic philosophy is the management philosophy based on the general and comprehensive analysis on the relation between organizations and individuals. The main points of the philosophy include the following aspects. First, men are the basis of organizations. Second, management should be focused on personality control. Third, we should take man as the basis of management.Confucian humanistic philosophy is of important reference for us to establish talent encouragement mechanism in universities, which is mainly shown in several aspects. First, we should adhere to the management idea, "human-orientation". Second, we should combine material encouragement with spiritual encouragement. Third, we should apply target encouragement and achievement encouragement in a reasonable way.
