山西省高职院校乒乓球公共课的现状与对策研究

Researches on the Status-quo and Countermeasures of Ping-pang Foundational Course Conducted in Senior Vocational Colleges in Shanxi Province

通过对山西省11个地级市20所高职院校乒乓球课程开展现状进行调查、分析,针对目前高职院校开设乒乓球课程硬件设施不足、专业师资缺乏的现状,高职院校必须加强改进工作。一方面,要加大体育设施建设力度,合理利用体育设施资源;另一方面,争取引进专业教师,同时加大对非专业教师的培训,提高教学能力,以更好地推动山西高职院校乒乓球运动的开展。

Taking the investigations and analyses on ping-pang courses conducted in 20 senior vocational colleges located in 11 cities in Shanxi Province as basis, and aiming at the status-quo of ping-pang courses conducted in the colleges, including insufficient facilities and lack of professional teaching staff, we must improve our current work. On the one hand, we should strengthen the construction of physical education facilities and make reasonable use of them. On the other hand, we should try hard to introduce professional teachers into teaching,and strengthen training on non-professional teachers to improve their teaching competence, so as to promote ping-pang sport to develop betterin senior vocational colleges in Shanxi Province.
