中高职衔接在构建现代职业教育体系的进程中发挥着关键作用。高职院校在培养高素质、高技能人才的过程中,必须高度重视学生职业素养的培育,并充分认识中高职衔接学生与其他生源类型的不同,有意识地探索既契合中高职衔接学生个人发展的需求和特点,又与中职学校职业素养教育一脉相通的职业素养培育方式。

The cohesive junior-senior vocational education plays an important role in establishing modern vocational education system.During the course of cultivating talents with high qualities and advanced skills, senior vocational must focus on cultivating students＇ professional qualities. We should fully understand the differences between other students and those with the background of cohesive juniorsenior vocational education. We should explore appropriate cultivation modes to cultivate students＇ professional qualities, which are not only suitable for the development and features of the students with the background of cohesive junior-senior vocational education, but also in accordance with the education on professional qualities conducted in junior vocational schools.
