温度滴定法中滴定剂对航空润滑油水分测定的有效性研究

摘要 以环己烷和异丙醇混合物为滴定溶剂,甲烷磺酸为催化剂,研究2,2-甲氧基丙烷(DMP)和甲酸三乙酯(TEOF)在标准水溶液中的检测效果,并采用温度滴定法对不同航空润滑油中的水分含量进行测定。结果表明,DMP在标准水溶液中的检测效果优于TEOF,在航空润滑油水分含量测定中的结果准确性高、重复性好,与卡尔费休法具有一致性,可以实现4109号航空润滑油、8号航空润滑油和15号航空液压油水分含量的准确测定。 The water content was determined by thermometric titration with 2,2-dimethoxypropane( DMP)and triethyl orthoformate( TEOF) respectively as titrant,cyclohexane and isopropanol as solvent titration,methane sulfonic acid as catalyst. The results showed that DMP was superior to TEOF in standard water,accuracy and repeatability of thermometric titration was high in different aviation lubricating oils,which was in preferable accordance with Karl Fisher method. It was very suitable for the determination of water in No. 4109,No. 8 aircraft lubricating oils and No. 15 hydraulic oil.
