四种聚乙烯瓶包装水质标准物质的特定常温稳定性研究

摘要 研究和建立了聚乙烯瓶包装无机水质标准物质的常温稳定性保存条件。以四种在常温条件下难以长期保存的聚乙烯瓶包装标准物质为研究考察对象,对以往样品必须低温冷藏的贮存条件进行简化性改进,并对样品进行长期稳定性考察,同时进行失水性研究。结果表明,在经过24个月常温保存条件下,样品的量值没有发生趋向性变化,稳定性良好。样品的失水量也极其微小,对样品的量值没有影响。以样品第24个月后的量值与标准值进行比较,最大相对偏差值小于5%,没有显著性差异。研究结果突破了聚乙烯瓶包装水质标准物质需低温冷藏保存的惯例,对同类标准物质的研究具有指导意义和参考价值。 The storage condition of the room temperature stability for the water solution standard material in polyethylene bottle was studied and established. Four kinds of polyethylene bottle packing standard materials which had difficulty for long-term storage at room temperature were selected as the study object.The previous storage condition that must keep at low temperature was improved,and the long-term stability of the standard materials was investigated. Meanwhile,the fluid loss property of polyethylene bottle packing standard material was studied. The results showed that there was no tendency change in the standard values of the test samples after the storage at room temperature for 24 months,and the standard materials had good stability. The amount of water lost of the study samples was tiny,which would not influence the standard values of the samples. When comparing the standard values with the measured values after storing 24 months,there was no significant difference,and the maximum relative deviation was less than 5%.The research results broke through the convention that polyethylene bottle packing water solution standard material must be stored at low temperature,which had guiding significance and instructiveness for the study of similar standard materials.
