摘要
介绍了上海市环保排污收费标准调整后,排污收费将增加,对发电厂而言负担将增加。结合机组运行的实际情况,分析了脱硝还原剂费用、排污费以及综合费用变化。为了降低综合费用,需要做好几方面的工作:优化脱硝运行方式,控制脱硝入口NO_x浓度;脱硝出口NO_x浓度目标值合理设定,使得排放浓度降低到50 mg/m^3以下;加强激励力度。
The article introduces pollution discharge fee will increase and so will cost for power plant when Shanghai environment protection pollution discharge fee adjusts. Combined with practical unit operation condition, the author analyzes changes of denitrification reducing agent cost, pollution discharge fee and comprehensive cost. In order to reduce comprehensive cost, we should take care of following tasks, such as optimizing denitrification operation method, controlling denitrification inlet NO^ concentration. Regulating reasonable denitrification inlet NO^ target concentration setup to make discharge concentration decrease under 50 mg/m3. We shall strengthen motivation.
