摘要
燃煤电厂锅炉在低负荷时,脱硝系统(SCR)往往由于烟温低而不能投入运行。为了使机组在低负荷时氮氧化物的排放满足环保的要求,需要对现有SCR进行宽负荷脱硝改造。首先对宽负荷脱硝改造的必要性进行介绍,然后就脱硝宽负荷运行的水侧改造的4种方案进行阐述和对比,指出了每种方案的优劣。最后通过应用案例详细介绍了GRS、SGRS的改造效果,并总结了水侧改造的技术特点。
Denitrification system selective catalytic reduction can't put into operation due to low flue gas temperature when coal-Fi^d Power Plant is under low load condition. In order to make unit's emission meet environment protection nitrogen oxide requirement during low load condition, it’ s necessary to renovate current selective catalytic reduction into wide load denitrification. The author introduces necessities of wide load denitrification renovation, then demonstrates and compares with four solutions of water side renovation of denitrification wide load and points out advantages and disadvantages of them. Finally the author introduces GRS and SGRS renovation effect by case studies and summarizes technology characteristics of water side renovation.
