白山水电站一期工程压力钢管设计复核

摘要 文中在根据内水压力确定钢衬厚度的基础上,对钢管进行抗外压稳定验算,确定加劲环的布置。光面管钢管抗外压失稳安全系数大于2.0,加劲环间管壁与加劲环抗外压失稳安全系数大于1.8。在内水压力作用时,钢管按明管设计,采用光面管型式,通过光面管抗外压稳定计算管壁抗外压稳定及承载力,均满足要求。 Based on the steel lining thickness of determination according to the internal water pressure, the paper checks the stability of anti-external pressure for the steel pipe to determine the layout of the stiffener ring. The safety coefficient of against external pressure instability of the smooth steel pipe is greater than 2.0, the safety coefficient of the external pressure instability for the steel pipe wall between stiffener rings and the stiffener ring is greater than 1.8. Under the action of internal pressure, the steel pipe is designed for the exposed pipe and the smooth pipe type. The stability of the pipe wall against the external pressure and the bearing capacity could meet the demands through the stability calculation of smooth pipe against external pressure
