摘要
目的:通过检测变应性鼻炎(AR)患者血清中白细胞介素35(IL-35)、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)和γ干扰素(IFN-γ)的表达水平,并分析IL-35与MCP-1、IFN-γ两者之间相关性,探讨IL-35在AR发生发展中可能作用及临床意义。方法:选择60例AR患者为实验组,同期健康体检者30例为正常对照组。实验组按其症状严重程度对患者生活质量的影响及症状持续时间,分为轻度间歇组(15例)、轻度持续组(15例)、中-重度间歇组(15例)、中-重度持续组(15例)。通过检测2组患者血清中IL-35、MCP-1、IFN-γ表达水平,计算出样本浓度值。并对血清中IL-35与MCP-1、IFN-γ两者之间进行相关性分析。结果:AR组IL-35、IFN-γ的表达水平显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01)、MCP-1的表达水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);IL-35在轻度与中-重度间歇组之间及轻度与中-重度持续组之间比较(P<0.05)、轻度持续组与轻度间歇组之间及中-重度持续组与中-重度间歇组之间比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);MCP-1在各分型组之间两两比较(P<0.05);IFN-γ在各分型组之间两两比较(P>0.05);AR组中IL-35与MCP-1水平呈负相关(r=0.522),与IFN-γ水平呈正相关(r=0.366)。结论:MCP-1在AR发病中起正调节作用,可能会促进AR症状的加重及持续发作;IL-35可能在AR的发病机制中与IFN-γ发挥相似的作用,对AR起抑制性作用。
Objective:To discuss the expression and the clinical significance in the development of anaphylactic rhinitis through the detection of serum interleukin-35(IL-35),monocyte chemotaxis protein 1(MCP-1)andγ-interferon(IFN-γ)in allergic rhinitis(Allergic rhinitis,AR),and to discuss correlation in anaphylactic rhinitis involved with serum IL-35 by associating it with MCP-1 and IFN-γ.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis were chosen and divided into mild intermittent group(15 cases),mild persistent group(15 cases),severe intermittent group(15 cases)and moderate severe persistent group(15 cases)according to the severity of their symptoms,influence on their life quality and symptom duration.During the same period,30 healthy subjects were chosen as the normal control group.The concentrations of IL-35,MCP-1 and IFN-γin serum of the two groups were detected to calculate the concentration of the samples.And the correlation between the serum IL-35,MCP-1 and IFN-γwas analyzed.Results:The expression levels of IL-35 and IFN-γin AR group were significantly lower than those in normal control group(P<0.01);MCP-1 expression level was significantly higher than that in the normal control group(P<0.01);The levels of IL-35 had no significant difference in mild intermittent group,severe intermittent group and also persistent mild group,moderate severe persistent group(P<0.05),mild persistent group and mild intermittent group and also in severe persistent and severe intermittent group(P>0.05);MCP-1 was found among all groups(P<0.05);IFN-γwas found among all groups(P>0.05);The corrdlation between serum IL-35 and MCP-1 levels in anaphylactic rhinitis were negative(r=0.522),the correlated with IFN-γlevels were positive(r=0.366).Conclusion:MCP-1 plays a positive regulatory role in the pathogenesis of AR,which may aggravate the symptoms of AR and promote sustained attack;IL-35 may play a similar role to IFN-γin the pathogenesis of AR,which has inhibitory effect on AR.
