摘要红细胞分布宽度（red cell distribution width, RDW）主要用于贫血的诊断及鉴别诊断,但最近研究表明RDW与急性冠脉综合征、房颤、心衰、高血压、肺动脉高压、外周血管疾病、缺血性心肌病和缺血性脑血管疾病的发病及预后具有相关性[1],且高RDW在这些疾病近期和远期愈后的预测中具有重要的参考价值[2].
