摘要
近年来,上海部分高校通过相应技术处理在餐厨废弃物的就近化、减量化、无害化、资源化处置方面已取得一定的成效,但发展不平衡,并存在一定不足之处,需加以改进与提高。本文就上海高校开展餐厨废弃物处置工作的现状和对策进行了分析探讨。
In recent years, some Shanghai university and college achieve preliminary results at dealing with proximity, reduction, harmlessness and resource disposal of kitchen waste through related technologies. meanwhile it exists unbalance development with some shortcoming and need improving. The article analyzes and discusses current situation and countermeasures of kitchen waste disposal task at Shanghai university and college.
