上海市公共建筑能源消费特征及节能潜力分析

Characteristics and Energy Conservation Potential Analysis on Public Architecture Energy Consumption in Shanghai

以上海市大型商业建筑和酒店建筑能源消费调研数据为例,结合上海市公共建筑能耗基准线,对上海市公共建筑能源消费特征及其水平进行分析。结果表明,2012~2014年上海市大型商业建筑和酒店建筑单位建筑年综合能耗呈下降趋势,建筑逐月耗电量与季节变化之间存在密切的相关性。在终端能源消费结构方面,电力是上海市公共建筑主要消费的能源类型,且呈现总量下降而比例上升的趋势,天然气消费总量和比例呈逐年上升的趋势。空调系统能耗在整个建筑分用途能耗中的占比最高,且均依赖电力供能。参照上海市公共建筑能耗基准线,部分公共建筑具有较大节能潜力。

The article takes example of large scale commercial architecture and hotel architecture energy consumption survey data and is combined with Shanghai public architecture energy consumption baseline. The author carries out analysis on characteristics and level of Shanghai public architecture energy consumption. The result shows that annual comprehensive energy consumption of large scale commercial and hotel architecture is on downward trend per unit in Shanghai from 2012 to 2014,meanwhile monthly power consumption of architecture is a close correlation with seasonal variation. Focused on end-user energy consumption structure, electric power is main energy consumption type of public architecture in Shanghai and shows that total consumption data is on a downward trend and proportion is on a upward trend. Meanwhile total consumption of natural gas and proportion are on upward trend year by year. Air-conditioning system energy consumption has the highest proportion of total architecture energy consumption, which is all supplies by electric power. According to Shanghai public architecture energy consumption baseline, part of public architectures still have large energy conservation potential.
