摘要
提出了一种基于电网公司用电信息采集系统的港口岸电技术。基于电网现有营销业务平台,采取远程费控策略,将港口购售电系统融入用电信息采集系统,通过现场智能电表发布指令实现对岸电终端的控制和管理。
The author puts forward one kind of port shore power supply technology based on state grid electric power consumption information acquisition system. Based on current marketing platform of state grid applying remote electric power fee control strategy to integrate port purchase and sale electric power system into electric power consumption acquisition system to realize shore power terminal control and management through on-spot intelligent watt-hour meter instructions.
