摘要 国内外燃煤电站烟气粉尘治理设备主要为电除尘器和袋式除尘器。电除尘器具有效率高、能耗低、烟气处理量大等优点,是燃煤烟气粉尘治理应用最广的技术装备。针对目前条件下,要满足国家新一轮排放标准,达到颗粒物排放浓度30 mg/m^3,重点地区20 mg/m^3,甚至满足超低排放5 mg/m^3的要求,同时消除取消湿法脱硫GGH后造成的"石膏雨"和造成的设备腐蚀等问题,提出在国内现有烟气污染治理技术的基础上,开发湿法脱硫后PM2.5、酸雾、石膏雨等污染物一体化脱除的湿式电除尘技术势在必行。 Main flue gas dust control technologies include electrostatic precipitation and bag filter at domestic and overseas coal-fired power plant. Electrostatic precipitation has some advantages, such as high efficiency, low energy consumption, high fuel gas flow control capacity, which is the most applied at coal-fired power plant to control flue gas dust. Focused on current situation, in order to meet new round national emission standard, which means particulate emission concentration is below 30 mg/m3 at some area, 20 mg/m3 at some important area and 5 mg/m3 at ultra low condition. Meanwhile GGH wet desulphurization method was removed and it causing gypsum rain and equipment corrosion, the author puts forward developing integrated wet electrostatic precipitation method to control PM2.5, acid mist and gypsum rain is imperative based on current fuel gas control technologies.
