环境污染第三方治理模式可有效地促进环保设施建设和运营的专业化、产业化,同时可推进环保产业的发展。概述环境污染第三方治理的概念、主要服务模式、发展的政策法规背景、存在的主要问题等,提出推动第三方环境治理发展的相关建议。
Third party handling for environment pollution can promote environment protection facility construction and operation in an effective specialization and industrialization way. Meanwhile it can promote environment protection industry develop. The author introduces concept, main service modes, policies and regulations background of development and existing problems of third party handling for environment pollution. The author also puts forward relative suggestion on promoting developing third party handling for environment pollution.
