高空风力发电技术应用是我国实现2030年减排目标的重要组成部分;我国在该领域技术研究已取得突破性进展,有效解决了高空材料和高空风能发电持续性和稳定性问题,具有大力推广的可行性、经济性和必要性。
High attitude wind power generation technology application is the main part of realizing 2030 emission reduction task in China. China has achieved breakthrough progress in this field and solved high attitude materials and wind power generation sustainability and stability, which is feasible and economically effective and necessary to be into market promotion.
