介绍了国内外MDCK细胞悬浮培养技术的工业化发展现状,通过对比,总结了MDCK细胞生产流感疫苗的优点,详细阐述了流感疫苗MDCK细胞悬浮培养的关键技术,分析了流感疫苗生产用MDCK细胞的致瘤性;随着现代生物技术的发展,利用细胞悬浮培养技术进行疫苗生产是生物制药行业发展的必然趋势,流感疫苗MDCK细胞无血清悬浮培养技术的研究具有跨时代的意义。
This paper introduces the industrialization development of MDCK cell suspension culture technique at home and abroad. It summarizes the advantages of MDCK cell suspension culture in influenza vaccine production by comparison, expounds its key technology and analyses the oncogenicity of MDCK cells. With the development of modern biotechnology, the application of cell suspension culture in vaccine production is becoming a trend in the bio-pharmaceutical industry. It is significant to study the MDCK cell serum-free suspension culture technique for influenza vaccine production.
