摘要
以一起发电机漏氢致使定冷水水质发生异常的情况为例,分析了发电机漏氢的原因、部位和危害,提出了相应的日常安全措施、为防止定冷水漏入发电机引发事故的安全措施等专项应对措施,以及停机检修等处理方案,简要介绍了静压试验、耐水压试验、气体检漏法试验、发电机整体气密试验等查漏试验,为今后预防和处理同类异常情况提供了有效的参考。
Based on a case of abnormal cooling water quality of generator stator caused by hydrogen leak, this paper analyzes the cause, position and harm of hydrogen leak, puts forward countermeasures and overhaul scheme. It briefly introduces some hydrogen leak detection methods, such as static pressure test, water pressure resistance test, gas leak test and generator air tightness test. It provides effective references for future prevention and treatment of similar abnormal conditions.
