摘要
介绍了使用SAN++连续流动分析仪同时测定总磷、总氮的实验原理及实验方法,通过校准曲线、检出限的测定、精密度和准确度的测定及实际水样回收率的测定表明,该方法自动化程度高,节省试剂消耗,准确度和精密度较好,能满足规范要求。
This paper introduces the experimental principle and method of simultaneous determination of total phosphorus and total nitrogen using SAN++continuous flow analyzer. Based on the calibration curve, the determination of detection limit, the determination of precision and accuracy, and the determination of practical water sample recovery, it is proved that the method has the advantages of high automation, better accuracy and precision and low consumption, and it can meet the specification requirement.
