摘要
当前应用型大学要获得可持续发展,就需要坚持"工学结合、校企合作",寻找满意的企业合作伙伴,双方达到互利互惠,校企合作关系才能长久稳定.本文借鉴供应链管理思想来构建应用型大学人才培养供应链中校企合作关系,目的是把校企关系打造成精诚合作、利益共享与共同治理关系;为了科学地选择应用型大学人才培养供应链中企业合作伙伴,文章通过深受国内外学者比较重视的企业信誉度、企业投入度、校企兼容度与校企匹配度四个一级指标,企业经营状况等12个二级指标,并运用Theil不均衡指数和模糊综合评价方法,最终遴选出满意的企业合作伙伴.文章最后也提出,只有通过信任机制、动力机制、监控与考评机制,才能建立长久稳定的应用型大学人才培养供应链中校企合作伙伴关系.
At present,to obtain sustainable development,application-oriented universities need to adhere to the 'combination of work and study and school-enterprise cooperation'n and find satisfactory enterprise cooperation partnership to achieve mutual benefit for both sides,thus stabilizing the school-enterprise cooperation for a long time.Drawing on the supply chain management thoughts,this paper constructs the cooperative relationship between schools and enterprises in the talent training supply chain of application-oriented universities to make sure the relationship between the school and the enterprise will be sincerely cooperative,benefit sharing and co-governing.In order to scientifically select the enterprise partners in application-oriented universities talent training supply chain,this article uses four first-class indicators-corporate credibility,business input,school-enterprise compatibility and school-enterprise matching degree,which are highly valued by scholars domestically and abroad,12 secondary indicators such as enterprise operation situation and Theil unbalanced index and fuzzy synthetic evaluating model to select satisfactory enterprise cooperation partners.Finally,the article proposes that only through the trust mechanism,power mechanism,and the monitoring and evaluation mechanism can a long and stable school-enterprise partnership in the talent training supply chain of application-oriented university be established.
