摘要 选取纯纸壁纸、壁布和无纺布壁纸作为研究对象,分别对其进行热分解试验、烟密度试验、氧指数试验和水平垂直燃烧试验。研究结果表明:纯纸壁纸与壁布热解过程分为两个阶段,无纺布壁纸分为三个阶段;壁布烟密度等级最低,产烟缓慢并且产烟量少;三种壁纸均属于易燃材料,纯纸壁纸氧指数值最高;三种壁纸均属于HB75级且壁布与无纺布壁纸水平燃烧速率相对较低。综合试验结果表明,壁布相对来说产烟量较少,水平燃烧速率较低,在较高温度发生明显热解现象,具有较高的安全性。 Pure paper wallpaper,wall cloth and non-woven wallpaper have been selected as research objects.Thermal decomposition experiments,smoke density experiments,oxygen index experiments,horizontal vertical burning experiments have been conducted on these research objects respectively. The research results show that the thermal decomposition processes of pure paper wallpaper and wall cloth can be divided into two stages. However non-woven wallpaper can be divided into three stages. The smoke density of the wall cloth is the lowest and less smoke is generated in the slow generation process. The three kinds of wallpapers are all flammable materials,while the oxygen index of pure paper wallpaper is the highest. The HB levels of these wallpapers are all evaluated as HB75 and the horizontal burning rates of the wall cloth and non-woven wallpaper are relatively low. The results of the four experiments show that the smoke generated by wall cloth is the smallest; the horizontal burning rate of the wall cloth is the lowest; the thermal decomposition process of wall cloth occurs obviously at a higher temperature. Therefore wall cloth is relatively safer.
