摘要
中国动漫产业目前的发展状况不尽人意,其中一个重要原因是长期忽视对高校动漫力量的融纳。事实上,高校具有为动漫产业注入发展动力的巨大潜力,尤其是高校动漫社团已经具备了现成的人才资源、团队资源、项目资源等,可以直接为动漫产业所吸纳;但高校动漫社团也具有不成熟性,存在着文化问题和运营问题,需要在动漫产业的扶持下继续完善,最终实现"双赢"。
The current development of China＇s animation industry is unsatisfactory,and an important reason is this industry＇s long-term neglect of the absorption of the power from colleges and universities. In fact,colleges and universities have great potential to inject impetus to the development of animation industry,and their animation communities that already have ready-made talent resources,team resources and project resources,can be directly absorbed into the animation industry; but animation communities in colleges and universities have yet to be matured with problems in their culture and operation,so they need support and guidance from the animation industry for further improvement. And ultimately the two sides will realize a win-win situation.
