摘要 为了精确地计算电力变压器主材用量,以220 kV油浸式变压器为研究对象,对国内变压器主流供应厂家进行调研,以空载损耗、负载损耗作为输入变量,采用模糊逻辑推理法得到220 kV变压器主材用量计算模型。通过与传统的容量增长定律、多元线性回归拟合法进行对比,验证模糊逻辑推理法的有效性。该方法预测精度较高,可用于电网主变物资招标采购的靶心价格确定和评价。 In order to accurately calculate the consumption of transformer main material,a 220 kV oil-immersed transformer is taken as a research object and main domestic transformer manufacturers are surveyed.No-load loss and on-load loss are set as input variables,and fuzzy logic illation is adopted to establish a calculation model for the 220 kV transformer main material consumption.Through comparison of capacity growth law and multiple linear regression analysis method,effectiveness of fuzzy logic illation method is verified.The method is of high prediction accuracy and can be used to determine or appraise the target price of the material bidding for main transformers of the power grid.
