摘要 多回架空输电线路在进入变电站时,由于空间上布置的交叉,在强风活动频繁的沿海地区,导线不同步风摆跳闸事故频繁发生,严重影响了电网的安全运行。通过构建进线档导线模型,模拟脉动风荷载,基于刚体定轴摆动定律分析风摆过程,建立了导线不同步风摆的动力学模型。以某变电站进线档为例,应用该模型计算分析相间最短距离的变化规律。研究表明:风的动态特性引起导线不同步风摆,在此情况下相间最短距离远小于同步摆动时的结果。并依据该结果提出了具体的防治措施。 Multi-circuit transmission lines pass incoming the substation overlap spatially and unsynchronized swing of the lines frequently causes tripping accidents in coastal areas with strong wind,which severely affect operation safety of power grid.By constructing a model of incoming span lines and simulating the load of fluctuating wind,a dynamic model of unsynchronized swing of lines is established based on swing analysis via law of rotation of rigid body in rotational motion.Taking an incoming span of a substation as an example,the model is used to calculate and analyze the variation law of the shortest distance between phases.The result shows that the dynamic characteristics of the wind lead to the unsynchronized swing.In this case,the shortest distance between phases is much less than that of synchronous swing.According to the result,some specific preventive measures are put forward.
