源网荷用户400 V紧急切负荷控制的实现 被引量:3

摘要 目前源网荷用户的可切负荷集中在10 kV以上,在紧急切除用户中压侧负荷的同时也把很多重要的低压400 V负荷切除了,对用户生产仍造成了一些不利的影响。为此,根据现场400 V负荷设备的采集控制要求,提出了符合现场用户特点的设备改造负荷接入方案。针对400 V负荷精细化采集和快速控制的需求,兼顾工程实施的可行性和经济性,设计开发了一种基于GOOSE通讯的网荷子单元的400 V负荷快切方案,并完成了现场用户试点实施。根据应用效果,对网荷子单元进行了改进,使400 V负荷的切除延时减少到最小,满足了切负荷的快速性要求。 At present loads that can be shed for source-network-load users are generally of 10 kV or above.During emergency load shedding at medium voltage side,many important loads of 400 V are injected in the meantime,which brings adverse effect on production of users.According to the requirements on acquisition and control of field equipment with load of 400 V,the paper proposes a load access scheme for equipment transformation that fits field users.According to the needs of refined acquisition and fast control over loads of 400 V and giving attention to the construction feasibility and economy of the project,a fast shedding scheme for 400 V loads of network load subunit based on GOOSE communication is developed and trial implementation in field users is completed.On the basis of application effect,the network load subunit is improved to minimize shedding time delay of the load of 400 V to meet the requirement of fast load shedding.
